- What were the key challenges or unexpected hurdles you encountered? Reflect on how you and your teams responded to these situations. What did you learn from those experiences?
- Did your initial strategies prove effective? Are there areas where you need to adapt your approach or pivot to achieve your desired outcomes?
Family Life
- What goals did we achieve as a family this quarter?
- What individual wins did each member of the family have?
- What individual challenge did each member of the family face?
- What strategies were used in overcoming the challenge or are still being used?
- How well would you say we have grown as a family, according to your Family Values?
- Are there unresolved issues that need to be dealt with as a family?
Personal Life
- How effectively did you communicate your vision and expectations to your team and family? Were your directives clear and inspiring?
- Did you provide the necessary guidance and support to your team and family members? Were you accessible and approachable?
- How well did you adapt to changing circumstances and make timely decisions? What leadership skills did you rely on most heavily?
- In what measurable ways did you grow and live out a balanced life in order to make better and more balanced decisions as a leader?
