You are responsible for the change you want to see.
Are you:
1. Committed to continuous learning?
2. Open-minded?
3. Vulnerable enough to admit when you are wrong?
4. Authentic?
A Chinese proverb says; For you to continue to do the same thing and expect a different result is one of the definitions of insanity.
You cannot command greater results while working with old knowledge.
Change is inevitable. You must update your knowledge through constant learning in order to remain relevant in your chosen field of career. The knowledge that creates success today might not suffice tomorrow.
