Are you:
- Committed to continuous learning?

- Vulnerable enough to admit when you are wrong?
- Authentic?
A Chinese proverb says; For you to continue to do the same thing and expect a different result is one of the definitions of insanity.
You cannot command greater results while remaining with your past knowledge.
