Meet Dele Agbogun

Dele Agbogun is an Author, Leadership and Family Life Consultant with a diverse background. Initially trained as an Electrical Engineer, he furthered his education with an MBA from a business school in the Netherlands. His expertise is strengthened by extensive certifications in management, leadership, and family systems, including being a Certified Family Systems Engineering Practitioner (FSEC) and holding a Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education (PGCHE) from Falmouth University, UK.

Dele has a proven track record of revitalising organisational and ministerial systems, enhancing their viability and competitive edge. Currently, he lectures on Business Management and Leadership at the University of Suffolk, in partnership with the Global Banking School, UK, while maintaining his consultancy practice.

His passion for counseling and marriage coaching has consistently yielded positive outcomes, particularly in the application of systems to resolve relational and leadership issues. Employing pragmatic, experiential, and therapeutic techniques, he guides couples and individuals in courtship towards fulfilling relationships.

Dele is dedicated to cultivating a global network of individuals equipped with leadership skills and thriving relationships, aiming to drive positive national change.
