With a background in Engineering, Dele Agbogun has close to two decades experience in Management/Leadership Consulting and has helped organisations build systems to enhance their viability. His work and passion as a counsellor and marriage mentor has and continues to yield results for individuals and families, especially in the area of conflict resolution.
He has helped many young couples and singles in courtship find purpose and fulfilment in their relationships. Agbogun combines spiritual, pragmatic, experiential and therapeutic approaches in dealing with relationship issues.
He has equally helped organizations revamped their systems and structures. The outcome positions such organizations in a more competitive edge.
He lives in the United Kingdom with his wife Uwa, a Human Resource professional and they are blessed with three remarkable children.
